Part of the 2025 BASE Summit Series. Neighborhoods reframes the digital world as a map of real places: every platform is a neighborhood with its own culture, rhythms, and people who are — right now — somewhere on the road toward God.
Rather than treating “online” as one flat space, this summit equips digital missionaries to read the spiritual readiness of a given platform and show up there as a neighbor, not a billboard.
